Sing Tao Expo
Senior Society Foundation recently participated in the Sing Tao Expo, bringing a lively and vibrant event to the attendees. The event featured a lucky draw, which attracted many participants eager to join. Additionally, young volunteers engaged with the elderly in various games, adding fun and interaction to the event. The volunteers also thoughtfully answered questions from the elderly regarding health information, providing them with useful health advice. The atmosphere was joyous and harmonious, allowing the elderly to enjoy a delightful afternoon while fostering communication and interaction across different age groups.
Independence Day celebration - PhotoBooth Event
Senior Society Foundation and Sunny View Senior Housing organized celebration for seniors on July 3rd. A special photo booth was set up at the event, allowing seniors to capture precious memories. Seniors felt the joy and deep affection of the holiday, as if time had turned back and they were reliving their youthful memories. Many seniors beamed with happiness during the event, creating a touching scene. They expressed that the event not only gave them a delightful Independence Day but also made them feel the community's care and warmth.

Senior Society Foundation and Valley Vista Senior Housing organized a unique celebration for seniors on Independence Day. A special photo booth was set up at the event, allowing seniors to capture wonderful memories. The event aimed to enrich the seniors' holiday experience, letting them feel the joy and warmth of the celebration. The photo booth featured various themed backgrounds and props, allowing participants to take festive photos. Additionally, volunteers provided instant printing services, enabling seniors to receive their photos immediately. The event not only gave the seniors a delightful Independence Day but also promoted interaction and communication within the community. Many seniors expressed their gratitude to Senior Society Foundation and Valley Vista Senior Housing for the thoughtful arrangement and hoped for more similar events in the future.

Great Family TV Show Interview
Volunteers from Senior Society Foundation recently appeared on KTSF26's "Great Family" program to share interesting stories about organizing community activities. During the program, the volunteers talked about the health consultation and raffle events held during the Lunar New Year, as well as touching moments from the walking activities. They mentioned that these activities not only improved the physical and mental health of the elderly but also promoted a spirit of mutual support within the community. The volunteers also shared heartwarming stories from the food distribution events, where many elderly expressed deep gratitude to them. At the end of the program, the volunteers called for more people to join their ranks and serve the community together, ensuring every elderly person feels cared for and supported. Through this interview, viewers gained insight into the work of the Elderly Community Foundation and felt the warmth and strength that community activities bring.

Since its establishment, Senior Society Foundation has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for retired seniors by providing various health education and community activities, as well as assisting them in obtaining necessary resources and support.
